i said it hurts to watch them.
u know theres 4 perm staff in my office.
lady boss, 3 uncles,
these uncles are really nice uncles, they treat me very well.
so 2 days ago, goods came. these heavy goods, well, its heavy to them.
50lbs.
this 3 uncles.
one is an accountant
one is a graphic designer
one is a deliveryman.
they had to carry the goods in. one box is 50lbs, theres 7 pallets, and god knows how many boxes on them, at least 15.
one by one they had to carry them in,
i saw my poor uncles sweating , the pain in their face, they were obviously struggling yet they had to do it.
sure, my boss is great too, and shes great in making full use of her employees.
i see my 3 fellow female interns can't take it much longer.
today they got scolded few times, angry, pissed, almost cried.
poor girls.
but then i feel more for my dear uncles. i helped, i wanted to ask them to leave them alone, let me do it, but they can't let me do it alone can they?
after awhile of carrying, one told me and the other uncle to take a break, ( the other one had a lunch appointment), uncle smoked, one bought 100plus for us.
do ur aunties or uncles at work do this for you?
you see, we had to move the boxes in, but apparantly theres no space, one uncle suggested putting them along the walkway, but the other said, boss dont like... boss dont like... while we were at the back deciding.
their fear of the boss is so tremendous.
usually i wouldn't even be bothered about others, but its just weird i guess.
you could say its one of those unexplainable things, why i even felt something for them.
usually i won't even bother.
everyone in the company is great.
even my boss, she teaches me loads of things, the girls dont understand that.
means that they'll suffer throughtout, while i learn and understand.
they make themselves unhappy, while i do vice-versa.
even thought my boss scolded me.
she does the same for her children, tells me stories about them.
oh she smiled and scolded me anyway.
anyway i did something really stupid.
you see, my printer had no toner left, so i asked uncle , uncle can't find.
so i waited for my boss to come back, mean while i used the other printer, then she came, i told her,
boss, no toner liao.
she said, did u try finding? then she finds, well, theres 2 boxes of toner at my feet,
i assumed that the uncle would know if theres any toner or not. so i didn't bother to search.
for this im lazy and stupid.
so apparantly, she found it, held it in her hands while lecturing me, telling me about her children again, i tried to signal her to give it to me so i can fix it, apparantly she wasn't done talking.
so finally after 3mins she passed it to me.
apparantly its a empty toner, cause its opened up, just that someone put some things back to make it look unused.
anyway thats that.
around 530+ her son came, blahblah and stuff,
then at 6, her son found a brand new box of toner.
my boss was going to lecturer me again i could see, she said, what did i tell u about being lazy? never search properly?
then her son: you hide until like that how he find?
me : lmao?
then my boss diamdiam and went off to do other stuffs.
oh and i hate the MRT crowd, it drives me nuts.
and that time, after camp, weisheng n kaibin (he drove his van) followed me n zh n xy n zl to je.
cause i was suppose to meet my dad to pump petrol.
so midway they went to his van and went to je's SPC, i went to pick my dad n pumped petrol.
they said my dad cares alot about me?
from what?
anyway after that, xy zl n zh came back to my car.
we went bugis, traffic was boring. so i went besides weisheng (hes at 2nd lane, i went to 3rd lane), opened my windows, waved hard and closed my windows and floored my accelerator.
and WTF? HE WENT TO FIRST LANE? theres this huge 60km/h limit sticker on his van, A VAN ON 1ST LANE, hes like driving double his limit btw.
i got totally owned :(
